There’s no place like home
For the last three weeks our family has been on the road, driving from Virginia to British Columbia and back again. We’ve seen majestic mountains and huge crystal lakes, acres of cornfields, vast expanses of dessert and open areas of sagebrush and rock. It’s been a wonderful trip.
The people we’ve met have been friendly and interesting. Unforgettable friends and fantastic conversations that we have thoroughly enjoyed.
Fortunately, the weather on the journey has been great! We’ve been dazzled by beautiful scenery in all directions and sights none of us have seen. But I have to say, I haven’t yet found a place that has tempted me to leave the Blue Ridge mountains.
